How to get a refund?
To receive a refund, you must write a letter in free form with a request to make a return to the email address: hello@hanami.com.
The support specialist will calculate the amount of the refund, report it and send the refund application form, which must be completed, signed and sent by reply to the email address: hello@hanami.com.
When will we return the money?
Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the date of application.
Where will the money return?
The refund amount is paid to the payer according to the bank details from which the payment for services was made.
If it is impossible to return funds using the details from which the payment for services was made, then the payer is obliged to inform about this in a letter, which must be sent to the email address: hello@hanami.com.
